Choose the right app listing

Search the App Store on your iPhone or iPad and review the publisher and requirements. Apple displays a price for paid downloads or a Get option for eligible free downloads. A no-charge download does not establish that every app feature or content subscription is free.

Separate the app from your IPTV plan

The player and the subscription are different products. Check any publisher charges separately from the SkyLive duration and device count. Keep the app receipt and any service agreement distinct so you know who to contact about each purchase.

Enter access details privately

Use the method supplied for your subscription and check copied details for extra spaces. Keep account credentials out of screen recordings and public posts. If a password manager adds information to the wrong field, correct the field before retrying.

Check the screen you actually use

Test in your normal viewing position and confirm that navigation and sound work. Do not assume that casting, external displays or background playback are supported by every app. Ask the publisher about these features for your installed version.
