Check the publisher and platform first

Record the exact player name, publisher, version and device. Instructions for one application or platform can differ from another. This guide explains what to check; it does not claim that every similarly named player has identical screens.

Match the access format

Identify whether your supplied access uses a server address and account credentials or a playlist. Choose the matching option inside your player. Keep spelling, punctuation and capitalisation as supplied; do not guess a new server URL when sign-in fails.

Check each field before retrying

Look for leading or trailing spaces, information copied into the wrong field, and an old saved profile. Check that the account is active with the provider. Share the error wording rather than a screenshot containing the full account credentials.

Separate sign-in from playback

A successful login confirms that the player accepted the details, not that every stream will play correctly. Test a permitted stream and record whether a later issue affects one item or the whole catalogue. This distinction helps direct the next support step.
